Orders & Payments
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account is recommended for a faster checkout, tracking orders, and earning loyalty points.
We accept Paystack (cards, USSD, and transfers) and direct bank transfers. Payment must be completed before we process your order.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we deliver to all states in Nigeria and select international destinations
We offer standard delivery, same-day delivery within Lagos, next-day delivery, scheduled delivery, free in-store pickup
- Same-day delivery in Lagos (orders must be placed before cut-off time)
- 2–3 business days outside Lagos
- International delivery: 2–3 weeks depending on country
- Flat rate based on delivery location Nationwide
- Distance/weight-based for certain categories
- International delivery fees vary by country and weight
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
The order will be returned to the store, and we’ll contact you for re-delivery. The first and second attempts are free. If the same order requires a third attempt due to customer unavailability or customer error, a delivery fee will apply.
Returns & Exchange
No! We do not offer refunds. We however allow returns and exchanges
Refunds are not offered. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery or in-store pickup.
Opened food items, alcohol, tobacco/smoking accessories, perfumes/fragrances once opened, clearance or discounted items, and customized items cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
Exchanges may only be considered for these items if they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

. Items must be returned in the condition received, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Customers cover shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was wrong, damaged, or defective. In that case, DBH Drinks & Store covers return and replacement delivery.
